What is CredNet?
CredNet is first earnest effort to simplify the credentialing process by giving healthcare providers a real solution to complete a single credentialing application, get credentialed by a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) and make their credentials available to a host of healthcare organizations of their own choosing. CredNet will save a healthcare provider time and money, allowing them to do the important work of patient care. CredNet is credentialing made easy.
How does CredNet work?
CredNet is creating a network of continuously credentialed healthcare providers accessed by multiple healthcare organizations. This multiple healthcare organization access simplifies paperwork for the healthcare provider, allowing faster paneling. This saves valuable time, allowing providers the opportunity to see more patients and increase their revenue stream.

Why use CredNet?

Unlike other single-point of entry applications, CredNet is unique in two important ways: It is the first single-point application process that will fully verify your credentials, and, since healthcare organizations will not be charged exorbitant entry fees to obtain the information, they are incentivized to access your application.

What is the cost?
The first year fee is $259 for MD, DO, OD, DPM, DMD, DDS, DC, PsyD, LPN, NP, RN, CRNA, CNS, CNM and PA. All other providers have a first year of $189. The annual renewal fee is $69 for all specialties. If a healthcare organization sponsors your enrollment, they can choose to absorb some or all of the enrollment cost.
How many providers have joined CredNet?"
Provider participation is growing, making now a great time to join. In order to generate growth more quickly we are able to offer incentive pricing. There are several key healthcare organizations interested in using CredNet, and buzz is building around the country.
Can I choose which healthcare organizations have access to my information?
Yes, you always have full control over the healthcare organizations you allow to see your information. Choose as many available partner organizations as you like.
How do I register?
Registration is easy. An online application will be available soon, but in the meantime, we will send you a pre-populated paper application with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Payment is accepted over the phone to get the process started.
Can I complete my application online?
This feature will be available soon, but in the meantime you can complete a paper application which our partner CVO, Med Advantage, will send you. Once the online application is ready, the data from your paper application will be transferred for you.
Can I update my information as it changes?
Yes. Update your information as often as necessary. As the online application launches, we’ll ask you to visit the site at least every three months to renew your attestation and keep your credentials current. This will save you time, and help increase your revenue by ensuring your credentials are always available to the healthcare organizations you choose.
Can I submit my CV, license copy and other documentation?
Yes. We encourage you to include as many supporting documents with your application as possible, including curriculum vitae, controlled substance certificates, licenses, identification, continuing education unit (CEU) documents and more.
