REFUND AND PORTABILITY POLICY

It is the policy of CredNet™ that annual membership subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following cases: A refund will be issued if there has been a duplicate subscription payment made by the vendor representative, or a refund will be issued if there has been no work performed by CredNet™ on behalf of the member up to 45 days from the date of the initial subscription. It is also the policy of CredNet™ that annual membership subscription fees are not portable. Subscriptions may be cancelled or non-renewed at the request of subscriber.
